Capital Benefit Claims

If you would like to make a claim against the Capital Benefit section of the Personal Injury policy, please notify QBE Insurance in writing as soon as possible. QBE claims staff will then contact you regarding the next step in the process.

This type of claim relates to permanent or partial disabilities received as a result of a swimming injury. It is likely that you will still need to complete a claim form at some stage.
